I get a 'server error.....' message when trying to register for my FlowSongs account

If you see an error message "Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. A server error has occurred please try again later...." during the FlowSongs registration process, then there may be a problem processing your credit card and you should contact our customer service and sales teams by clicking here: support.pure.com/newticket.php

Make sure you include your Pure Connect e-mail address and any error codes (if applicable) when contacting them.
