'Connection Error, the device has not been successfully created....' error message (Android)
You may see this error message if your 3G or Wi-Fi coverage is weak. Move your Android device to a stronger signal area and try again.

Getting started with the Pure Connect app
The free Pure Connect app is available for iPod touch, iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The Pure Connect app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
When you launch the Pure Connect app for the first time you will be given three options

If you already have a Pure Connect account you can Log in, if you don’t you can create an account or you can just enter the app and listen to stations and on demand content.
If you are an existing Pure Connect user click Log in
Enter your Pure Connect email address and password and click Log in.

You have successfully logged in and your Apple or Android device is now linked to your Pure Connect account
Creating a Pure Connect account
Enter a valid email address and choose a password for your new account

Tap – Create Pure Connect account

Your account has now been created, you now need to log into your email account and click the link we have sent you. Your account is now activated.
You can now start using your app
Enjoy.

In-line headphone volume remote control isn't working (Apple)
You are running an old version of iOS on your Apple device. Make sure you have updated your Apple device from iOS3x to the latest firmware. We have found that updating to iOS4 should solve the problem.

Unable to multi-task when using the Pure Connect app? (Apple)
If you want your Pure Connect App to play whilst you use other features of your Apple device you'll need a device that is 'multi-task' enabled. Multi-task support allows your Apple device to run more than one program or app at once and is featured in the following Apple devices:
iPod Touch G4
iPhone 3GS (not 3G)
iPhone 4
iPad
Tip! You'll need to ensure your device is running iOS version 4.0 or above to to ensure successful multi-tasking.
